Start your workout in a chair

Did you know that you can modify the Youv2 workout to a chair/stool/seated position if being on your feel for 20-30 minutes and moving is still beyond your safe comfort level?

Before and After shot of me at 269lbs and 256lbs after one round of 21 day fix with extreme mobility modifications.
21 Day Fix with super modified moves still helped me gain strength.

My clients are fall all over the mobility and weight spectrum. From 150 to 300+, I work with you to find out your needs, your goals and a small step by step solution to start checking them off.

Me, at 312 pounds in 2014. One of the last times a picture of me with a full body shot appears. After this it's all selfies and standing behind people and objects.

The main reason I failed in the past was because I tried the all or nothing approach. I would throw out all my food, replace it with “healthy” options and commit to a new life of exercise and clean eating. Trouble is, I did not have the strength or stamina to be on a treadmill for more than 15 minutes at a fast walk.

Elimination diets left me feeling deprived and failed workouts left me feeling forever hopeless.

I’ve been at this now since June 24th and have not missed a day. I started small. Putting my already existing eating habits/foods into the portion containers.

I moved my body to the edge of it’s comfort zone everyday, but (and this is important) not past it. Learning the difference between discomfort and pain.

I noticed a drastic weight change in 14 days and it empowered me to fully commit to Ultimate Portion Fix.

No more being afraid of full body shots. This is my body that is getting stronger every day. I love it. All its wiggles and jiggles. All its scars and muscles. My body houses my soul and that makes it precious.

Yesterday I went to give blood, and because of dietary sensitivities to iron rich meats, I couldn’t donate. So my new goal is timed vegan nutrition and to have my blood count on track by the time the 84 days is up!

If your goal is to eat more veggies, start with adding one or two per day.

Make it specific.

As always, if you want support or guidance with any of this, or a solution already made that you just have to dial in and follow, I’m here for you.
